Let's be direct: if you're studying at the Sorbonne, Assas, Sciences Po or Dauphine, none of the 9 residences on this site will put you five minutes from your lecture hall. They'll put you 25-40 minutes away. For some students, that trade-off is worth the €300-400 monthly gap; for others, it isn't.
In that case, the serious options are CROUS student halls (the best value on the market, but very selective and prioritised for scholarship holders), flatsharing, and private residences inside Paris run by operators like Studéa, Estudines or Fac-Habitat, which we don't sell, so we have no stake in steering you one way or the other on that choice.
